Green lemonade recipe ingredients
- A whole lemon – rind and all
- 1-2 Apples
- Celery 4-5 stalks
- 1 Cucumber
- Kale 1/2 bunch
- Spinach 1/2 bunch
Place your ingredients into your juicer on the high setting. For people in colder climates you may choose to heat up your beverage by adding some ginger, jalapeno, or cayenne pepper.
