” I did my first N4L weight-loss program in January (2010). I had been suffering from joint pain for 3+ years. At the time, I was on a lot of medications and of course I was dealing with the side affects from everything. I was really miserable and rather desperate. Some of my good friends told me about the program and asked me if I wanted to do the it. The first couple weeks were tough (I cannot lie). Giving up wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar on top of the medications, put my body into a tail-spin! It wasn’t an overnight change. Over about a 3 month period, all of my joint pain basically disappeared. My energy was much better and I felt so much happier that I was feeling better, naturally and not chemically.

Since then, I’ve done the program again and I plan to continue doing them. I know now, if I’m going to be “bad”, I’m going to pay for it but I know how to get back on track. I think N4L is extremely motivating and incredibly knowledgeable. They are available for the ups and down’s.
